Folder Gluer Operator – First Shift

What you'll do

• Set up and operate Bobst Brausse and Signature folder gluer machines
• run straight-line, auto-bottom, and 4/6 corner cartons
• interpret job tickets, specifications, and structural drawings
• ensure glue application, alignment, and folding accuracy
• monitor quality and efficiency
• perform make-readies, adjustments, and changeovers
• inspect finished products
• troubleshoot production issues
• maintain equipment
• complete production reports
• coordinate with die-cutting and press departments.
