What you'll do

• Review commercial electrical drawings, specifications, bid documents, and requirements
• perform material and labor takeoffs
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other costs
• obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify scope gaps and risks
• coordinate with project and field teams
• prepare bid proposals and supporting documents
• meet bid deadlines
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and turnover meetings as needed
• and maintain estimating records.
