Machine Operator — First Shift

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Decatur, AL, on a first-shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $19 per hour. Vervic Inc. is hiring for its production team. The operator runs and monitors production equipment to support safe, efficient output that meets quality and production requirements. The role also helps maintain production flow through inspections, equipment adjustments, accurate records, and coordination with other production team members.

What you'll do

• Start, operate, monitor, adjust, and shut down production equipment
• coordinate line activities
• assist with packaging and stocking materials
• inspect products for quality
• meet production requirements
• report equipment issues
• maintain production records
• control scrap and waste
• keep the work area clean
• follow safety, sanitation, quality, and GMP requirements.
