Engineer II – New Product Introduction (NPI)

The Engineer II – New Product Introduction (NPI) role is onsite in Queen Creek, Arizona. Compensation is not specified. The role supports site-level execution of battery-cell development and transfer projects from pilot-line validation through mass-production stabilization. It assists with process validation, production data and yield analysis, customer quality documentation, and transfer of validated process knowledge to manufacturing and quality teams.

What you'll do

• Assist with pilot runs and sample builds according to headquarters research and development and NPI schedules
• help validate assembly process recipes and parameters
• collect process data and document line variances
• support NPI gate-review reports
• collect process capability, Gauge R&R, and MSA data for PPAP packages
• update site quality documents
• support customer audits and corrective actions
• monitor yield and process variation
• assist with defect reports and root-cause investigations
• support process parameter optimization, knowledge transfer, and 4M change documentation and approvals.
