What you'll do

• Own the enterprise framework for provider scheduling templates, including visit types, slot durations, block time, and buffers. Develop call center scripts, decision trees, and escalation protocols
• standardize appointment-flow policies and scheduling procedures
• maintain template documentation and change control
• define and monitor scheduling KPIs
• partner with analytics on dashboards
• lead reviews and corrective action for underperforming locations
• and support new-site openings and go-lives. The role exists to standardize and improve scheduling practices across locations while allowing appropriate flexibility for local clinical needs. It supports patient access, provider utilization, patient experience, and revenue goals through consistent templates, protocols, and performance monitoring.
