Human Resources Specialist

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• process employee changes and separations
• maintain personnel files and HRIS records
• track licenses, certifications, screenings, and compliance
• coordinate orientation and training
• maintain attendance and leave records
• assist with employee relations, evaluations, and disciplinary documentation
• support audits and regulatory visits
• maintain administrative policies and coordinate office supplies and vendors.
