What you'll do

• Maintain sanitary kitchen, galley, and common areas
• plan cleaning and work schedules
• advise management of purchasing needs
• maintain equipment and report deficiencies
• handle linens and make beds
• clean public areas and floors
• transport trash
• replenish bathroom supplies
• inventory stock
• clean and sanitize dining areas
• wash dishes and utensils
• restock condiments
• prepare food when applicable
• prepare beverages when needed.
