Description

Evaluates clients and formulates effective treatment plan per physician request and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Initiates ordered treatments and communicates with physician regarding client's progress. Maintain proper documentation according to state, federal and third-party payor regulations. Comply with the Speech Language Pathology Practice Act in state.
