What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for patients and families
• explain treatment plans as directed by the clinic’s physician
• address care barriers and patient questions
• discuss insurance, estimates, deposits, and costs
• coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, procedures, and documentation
• monitor adherence and engage patients
• partner with clinic staff and surgeons.
