What you'll do

• Oversee, implement, and evaluate faith formation programs in English and Spanish
• coordinate sacramental preparation
• train, mentor, recruit, and support catechists, volunteers, and youth ministers
• maintain Safe Environment compliance
• develop the Religious Education handbook and align curriculum with diocesan standards
• plan in-services, retreats, workshops, and parish events
• coordinate with the Pastor and parish staff
• communicate with families and volunteers
• manage the department budget and sacramental records
• represent St. George at diocesan meetings and workshops.
