What you'll do

• Deliver onsite resident programs
• conduct outreach by door-to-door contact, phone, and email
• prepare documentation
• provide crisis intervention for low-to-moderate situations and follow mandated reporting procedures
• collaborate with community agencies
• monitor partner services
• assist with needs assessments and follow-up
• maintain records and reporting
• participate in meetings, training, and property events.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with at least one and potentially two or more evenings until 7:00 PM; travel between properties is required.
