This office leader oversees civil engineering projects from proposals through closeout, guiding project design, staff, client relationships, business development, and project delivery to support the firm’s growth.

What you'll do

• Oversee civil engineering projects from proposal through final closeout
• oversee preparation of site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans
• guide junior engineers
• interact with clients
• develop business and generate proposals
• manage project schedules, resources, and fees
• review quality and scope
• use AutoCAD Civil 3D for markups and guidance.
