Sales Estimator

The Sales Estimator role is onsite in Snohomish, WA; compensation is described as hourly toward commission, with no numeric rate specified. The Drain Doctors is a family-owned plumbing and drainage repair, maintenance, and service business with more than 20 years of experience. The estimator evaluates drainage and water-management problems, develops practical solutions, and prepares estimates that help customers make informed decisions. The role also documents findings, follows up on opportunities, and equips the installation team with information needed to complete projects.

What you'll do

• Meet with customers and inspect properties
• evaluate site conditions and drainage or water-management problems
• develop solutions and prepare estimates
• explain findings and options, discuss pricing, and follow up on open estimates
• document inspections, estimates, photos, measurements, and communications in the CRM
• provide project information to the installation team
• coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Operations, and field teams
• participate in training, coaching, and ride-alongs.
