What you'll do
- Manage recruiting operations tickets and tag requests in Jira and Slack
- audit Ashby dashboards, tags, and pipelines
- maintain recruiting procedures and knowledge-base content
- identify workflow improvements
- support interviewer training, onboarding, and vendor pilot logistics
- collaborate with Recruiting, Coordination, and People Tech to troubleshoot issues.
