What you'll do

• Prepare and plate menu items to recipes and standards
• inspect food, prepare dishes using various cooking methods, and set up, break down, and clean kitchen stations. Follow health and sanitation rules, label and store food, assist with daily kitchen duties and banquet meals, report shortages or equipment issues, and help with deliveries and cleaning as needed.
