Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, onsite role at Flora Waterset Apartments in Apollo Beach, FL. Pay is $33–$36 per hour based on experience, with a $150 weekly on-call bonus and a quarterly performance-based bonus program. The supervisor leads maintenance operations for a new multifamily community in lease-up. The role establishes maintenance workflows and preventive maintenance processes while remaining hands-on with repairs, apartment turns, inspections, and resident service. It partners with the Property Manager to prepare homes for move-in and maintain a safe, welcoming community.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, schedule, and support the maintenance team. Establish daily workflows and preventive maintenance programs. Inspect property, buildings, and units
• respond to resident service requests and complete work orders. Manage apartment turns and make-readies, including cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and appliance troubleshooting and repair. Maintain pool operations, grounds, common areas, and curb appeal. Coordinate vendors, quotes, and contracted services
• maintain records, inventory, and supplies
• support capital improvement planning
• promote workplace safety
• participate in an on-call rotation.
