Hotel Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and is full-time. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The position maintains the physical functionality and safety of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott facility near Charlotte airport and Billy Graham Parkway. The technician responds to repair needs and performs preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. This work helps maintain safe, functional hotel spaces and supports guest and staff needs.

What you'll do

• Respond to guest and staff reports of equipment problems
• troubleshoot and perform basic repairs to equipment, plumbing, electrical items, furniture, and guestroom items
• perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain tools and equipment
• record completed repairs and items needing attention
• maintain building grounds and work areas
• and report hazards or injuries.
