The Caregiver – AM/PM Shifts role is onsite in Edina, MN, with AM shifts from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and PM shifts from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Pay is $17–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. English Rose’s residential care homes serve residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and complex medical conditions, with a 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio. The caregiver provides personalized daily support and meaningful engagement for residents. The role helps maintain residents’ well-being by assisting with personal care, meals, medications, activities, care-plan documentation, and communication with the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• assist with medications
• provide housekeeping and laundry
• lead and participate in activities
• follow individualized care plans, document care, report changes in residents’ conditions, and collaborate with team members.
