What you'll do

• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients, consultations, follow-ups, and sleep studies
• confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
• answer patient questions
• maintain provider schedules and adjust daily schedules
• assist with check-in and check-out when needed
• answer and direct calls
• maintain accurate patient and appointment information in the EHR
• collaborate with providers and administrative teammates.
