What you'll do

• Build, manage, and develop the avionics technician team
• hire and train technicians
• plan staffing and capacity
• oversee safe, accurate, on-schedule execution
• establish workmanship, inspection, testing, documentation, and configuration-control standards
• coordinate with engineering and program teams
• lead technical escalations
• track quality, throughput, rework, and capacity metrics
• maintain lab readiness
• and support suppliers, manufacturing facilities, test sites, and deployment locations when needed.
