What you'll do

• Administer and maintain Windows networks, servers, operating systems, and applications
• install, configure, and sustain hardware, software, accounts, and system services
• perform backup and recovery, software and security management, library management, and resource allocation
• monitor configurations, availability, capacity, and performance
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues
• support TCP/IP connectivity
• maintain firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion-detection tools
• identify and respond to vulnerabilities
• develop technical documentation and configuration records
• support IT procurement research
• assist users and provide instruction.
