What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• keep the dish area organized
• return clean items to designated areas
• maintain clean dish supplies
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• empty trash and recycling
• sweep and mop assigned floors
• monitor cleaning supplies
• and complete opening, side-work, and closing duties.
