Traveling Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and support the leasing sales process
• follow up on leads
• monitor closing ratios and coach sales staff
• review leasing paperwork
• support marketing and resident relations
• assist with pricing, renewals, collections, and resident events
• inspect property quality
• assist with training
• travel to portfolio properties as directed.
