What you'll do

• Provide non-medical in-home support
• assist with bathing, dressing, bathrooming, grooming, meals, and feeding as needed
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping
• accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
• communicate with clients, families, and the care team
• document care
• attend required training and staff meetings.
