What you'll do

• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, GMPs, and SOPs
• direct incoming trucks to dock doors and secure trailers
• verify trailer contents and report damaged products
• match shipping documents with pick tickets and stage orders using FIFO
• check shipment dates, quantities, and product quality
• load and unload finished goods and raw materials using a forklift
• complete shipping confirmations and bills of lading
• move production inventory to the warehouse
• maintain clean, organized areas and follow food-safety requirements.
