What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations across PAC’s global sites
• develop strategies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• coordinate operational initiatives, efficiency and cost-improvement plans, systems standardization, footprint evaluation, low-cost sourcing, and annual operational and capital budgets
• develop and report operational KPIs
• lead operations due diligence and integration for acquisitions
• participate in strategy, regional operations reviews, and budget presentations
• work with Human Resources on operations talent programs.
