What you'll do

• Run program-planning calls with parents and athletes
• assess athlete profiles, goals, timelines, and budgets
• recommend programs
• handle objections and secure enrollment payments
• follow up with inbound leads by phone, text, and email
• hand off new families with complete notes
• maintain accurate CRM records
• partner with SDRs on lead quality
• meet monthly sales targets and manage pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
