What you'll do

• Oversee daily sorting, handling, and processing of plant by-products and the safe operation of assigned employees
• conduct operational and equipment inspections
• complete waste-tracking forms and activity reports
• interact with client employees and supplier subcontractors
• assist with new processes, employee training, and audits
• educate client employees about waste, reuse, and recycling programs
• and manage day-to-day employee performance, direction, and feedback.
