Lead HVAC Installer

What you'll do

• Lead the installation crew from load-out through completion
• plan work and maintain safety
• train and coach helpers
• perform final inspections
• install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, dual-fuel systems, and ductless mini-splits
• install water heaters when needed
• fabricate ductwork
• make gas, electrical, venting, and condensate connections to code and manufacturer specifications
• start up, test, commission, and document systems
• explain systems to homeowners.
