Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor role is onsite at multiple locations in the Mankato, MN area. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, increasing to $22.50 after 90 days and $23.00 after one year, subject to the stated schedule. The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, with every other weekend for the ICF location. Harry Meyering Center supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living meaningful lives at home and in the community. The supervisor leads and supports staff while coordinating daily program operations and providing hands-on, person-centered support. The role helps individuals pursue their goals and independence while maintaining safe, welcoming homes and consistent program services.

What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and assist with daily living and medical needs
• promote independence in home and community activities
• supervise staff through scheduling, orientation, meetings, and performance management
• help develop and implement person-centered plans
• oversee daily operations, budgeting, finances, and documentation
• maintain homes, equipment, and vehicles
• follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• and participate in the on-call rotation.
