Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Days

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
