What you'll do

  • Oversee daily operations of the CIE Coordination Center and Critical Medical Needs programs
  • prepare grant and contract reports for leadership approval
  • hire, train, supervise, and schedule CIE Navigators
  • monitor referral response times, case documentation, closures, and service levels
  • develop and track performance metrics with the Director
  • represent programs at internal and external meetings
  • work with CIE leaders on partner best practices
  • develop and monitor policies and procedures for CBO compliance with service-level agreements
  • review referral dashboards and assign follow-up tasks.
