Audio Visual Project Manager

The Audio Visual Project Manager role is onsite in Centennial, CO, managing commercial A/V projects and visiting project sites as required. Compensation is $85,000–$125,000 per year. The role supports GigaSpan Solutions’ commercial A/V installations and customer project delivery. The manager coordinates project planning, procurement, field work, budgets, quality, commissioning, and customer turnover. The role connects technicians, contractors, manufacturers, and customers to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project specifications.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial A/V projects from kickoff through closeout
• review drawings, specifications, scope, contracts, and equipment lists
• develop schedules, manpower plans, and installation strategies
• coordinate procurement and long-lead equipment
• manage budgets, labor, costs, and profitability
• coordinate contractors, IT teams, consultants, manufacturers, and trades
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
• monitor installation and conduct quality inspections
• coordinate programming, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance
• maintain project records and communicate status, risks, and delays.
