The role leads close processes, intercompany accounting, and technical accounting work while supporting acquisitions, restructuring, controls, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead month- and quarter-end global consolidations under US GAAP
• manage equity accounting and intercompany reconciliations
• coordinate with Financial Systems, Tax, Treasury, and auditors
• support M&A, restructuring, and corporate transactions
• review consolidation journal entries
• maintain SOX controls
• improve close and reporting processes
• assist with SEC filing disclosures.
