The Cultivation Technician I, Flower Team role is onsite in Northbridge, MA, full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with starting pay of $19 per hour. The position supports Vangarden’s daily cultivation operations and plant health throughout the growth cycle. The technician performs hands-on plant care and facility tasks that help maintain healthy, productive crops, following procedures and reporting plant or equipment concerns to support the cultivation team.

What you'll do

• Perform transplanting, trellising, pruning, harvesting, trimming, and plant propagation
• assist with irrigation and fertigation, including filling nutrient stock tanks
• check rooms and monitor plant health
• report pests, diseases, abnormalities, and equipment issues
• apply biological controls and pesticides according to company and state regulations
• maintain clean, sanitized, organized workspaces
• process plant waste and support facility cleanliness.
