Successful completion of the program can lead to an Insurance Agent or Producer role.

What you'll do

• Participate in structured training on insurance products, sales, and customer relationship management
• attend workshops, webinars, and coaching
• learn agency management systems, quoting platforms, and carrier portals
• assist senior agents with outreach, quoting, and policy reviews
• support client onboarding, policy servicing, documentation, and renewals
• learn insurance lines and compliance requirements
• meet program performance benchmarks.
