What you'll do

• Process customer order requirements
• review customer orders and shipping requirements
• maintain customer schedules in the ERP system
• prepare shipping documents
• communicate order status and delivery dates
• update affected departments and managers about schedule changes
• arrange freight pickups
• coordinate with staff, customers, and transporters to expedite deliveries and resolve problems
• process receipts
• support accurate parts accounting and shipping-area readiness
• follow safety and company procedures
• support continuous improvement and 5S.
