What you'll do

• Own the job-seeker messaging domain and its KPIs
• guide message types, timing, volume, and channels
• analyze applications, activation, retention, unsubscribes, complaints, and revenue
• design and evaluate experiments
• partner with engineering, data science, recommendations, matching, and marketplace teams
• protect deliverability, sender reputation, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out systems
• conduct job-seeker research and represent user needs.
