What you'll do

• Administer electrical, mechanical, construction, repair, and maintenance programs
• check building automation and mechanical systems
• assign and verify routine maintenance
• inspect work and direct staff and contractors
• respond to work orders and guest and department requests
• maintain facilities and operating systems
• keep records and reports
• track supplies and order repair parts
• schedule, train, counsel, and oversee engineering staff
• maintain pools and hot tubs according to OSHA standards.
