The Retail Merchandiser role is onsite across retail stores in Nacogdoches and Houston, TX. Compensation is $15 per hour, with mileage and toll reimbursement and paid drive time. L&R Distributors distributes cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, over-the-counter products, health and beauty items, and other merchandise. The merchandiser maintains product availability and presentation across assigned stores by stocking, organizing, placing orders, and implementing display resets. The role helps ensure shelves and displays follow planograms and retailer standards while supporting store inventory and customer-facing presentation.

What you'll do

• Place inventory orders using a company-supplied tablet and scanner with Repsly software
• service assigned store routes
• replenish merchandise and complete store task forms
• take photos and maintain stock levels
• implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays
• install or adjust shelving, hooks, and fixtures
• process returns associated with resets
• verify merchandise shipments
• communicate with store associates and management
• clean and organize displays
• conduct store surveys and audits.

Why this role
