The Sales Manager role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Starting pay is $65,000 per year plus an incentive bonus. The role supports The Plaza Assisted Living’s efforts to help elders live their best quality of life. The Sales Manager builds community relationships and pursues opportunities to increase community occupancy. By understanding prospective residents’ needs, following up on inquiries, and conducting tours, the role helps connect residents and families with the community and supports census goals.
