What you'll do

• Map Partner Success workflows and select high-impact automation opportunities
• build and improve AI agents for follow-ups, status updates, escalations, and ticket classification
• create evaluation and review loops
• automate partner reporting and job audits using BigQuery and dbt
• build internal tools and dashboards
• connect systems through APIs
• use AI coding tools
• document shipped work and its impact.
