Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries by phone and email
• interface with customers
• adjust work orders for last-minute additions
• receive and process orders through phone, email, fax, or mail
• respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• check stock availability
• handle debits and credits
• perform high-volume data entry
• maintain customer databases
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• coordinate with colleagues
• support safe transportation and delivery of temperature-controlled, undamaged food and accurate inventory counts.
