What you'll do

• Manage contracts from beginning to end and ensure timely, accurate closings
• verify paperwork
• work with lenders and underwriters to fund transactions
• build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and government agencies
• provide service to retain agents
• train and direct escrow assistants, delegate and audit work
• attend closings and support a positive experience.
