What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical and training support for desktop hardware, printers, scanners, and software
• install, configure, and test computers and peripherals
• configure operating systems and security baselines
• install and validate software
• diagnose hardware and software incidents
• coordinate repairs and replacements
• resolve desktop and network-related issues or escalate them
• document incidents and changes
• train users
• maintain support procedures and checklists.
