Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist - Medication Safety and Compliance - Pharmacy

Under general supervision, the Clinical Pharmacist participates as an instrumental member of the healthcare team, working closely with physicians, residents, fellows and nurses to ensure safe, effective, rational and most cost-effective use of medications to the inpatient and clinic pediatric population served by Rady Children's Hospital. Supervises technicians and other support personnel in prope
