What you'll do

• Post openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
• maintain applicant and open-position trackers
• coordinate background checks, offer letters, new-hire paperwork, I-9 completion, onboarding, and offboarding
• process payroll inputs
• respond to employee questions about pay, time, attendance, and benefits
• support enrollment communications
• maintain confidential personnel files
• track leave cases and deadlines
• coordinate performance review calendars
• support events, recognition programs, and current HR forms and procedures.
