The Customer Success Operations Analyst role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with compensation of $65,000–$72,000 per year. Propeller’s mission is to reduce wasted fuel, time, and money through mapping technology that helps worksites manage machines, plans, and materials. The role exists to provide the Customer Success organization with reliable data, reporting, systems, and processes. It helps customer-facing staff and leaders make informed decisions, improve retention and customer-risk management, and support a growing customer base.

What you'll do

• Support systems, tools, and processes for the global Customer Success organization
• provide data and information for customer support and leadership decisions
• help determine customer relationship KPIs
• develop reports and dashboards
• design and measure workflows and automations
• maintain internal documentation
• partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on process and customer-journey improvements
• manage Gainsight data workflows and integrations
• provide operational support and user assistance
• communicate risks and opportunities to Customer Success leadership.
