The Camps Coordinator role is onsite in Parker, CO. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour. This is a full-time temporary position for summer camps and possibly school-year camps; summer camp begins June 1, 2027, with preparation work starting earlier. Renaissance Montessori Academy supports children's growth and education through its Montessori school community. The coordinator plans and manages camp environments, supports teachers, and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Montessori philosophy and each child's needs. The role helps provide safe, organized, stimulating camps that meet licensing, health, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage camp environments for children and assist teachers.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate daily curriculum aligned with Montessori philosophy and individual children's needs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Ensure camps comply with licensing, health code, academy requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Work as a team member and leader in camp settings.
