What you'll do

• Lead handlers and shift activities, including dog rotations, meal preparation, medication administration, cleaning, sanitation, employee breaks, and daily department walkthroughs
• check boarding dogs
• ensure shift records and Ops Cards are completed
• cover handler and concierge duties
• perform evaluations
• communicate dog behavior and customer concerns
• oversee staff and labor ratios
• coach and train team members.
